500L Brewery Equipment
The 5hl brewery equipment is designed with a brewing capacity of 100hl / year. To raise the capacity is possible by adding more fermentation tanks andstorage tanks. The complete equipment includes but not limited to fermentation tanks, brite beer tanks, 5hl brewhouse, hot / cold water tank, malt mill, steam generator, cooling plant, Air Compressor, mobile CIP, keg cleaning and filling Machine, etc.
5HL Brewhouse
We designed and fabricate two types of 500L brewery brewhouse.
1. Type one is 2-vessel brewhosue: mash - lauter tun and boil - whirlpool.
2. Type two is 3-vessel as mash / boil tun, lauter tun and whirlpool.
3. All tanks are made of SUS304 at least quality,
4. completely rock wool 50mm insulated,
5. PT100 temperature sensor,
6. with control cabinet (touch panel, semi-automatic operation or full-automatic operation is optional. )and heat exchanger.
7. All connections and fittings are equipped, completely piped and wired.
8. Steam heating, electric heating are available.

Fermentation tank
1. Conical fermentation tank and horizontal lagering tank are available in size of 500L or 1000L.
2. SUS304, internal wall 3mm, inner welds polished; outer shell 2mm, surface polished.
3. Cladded with cooling plate on cylinder and conical bottom. Equipped with chiller and cold liquor tank.
4. Manhole on the top, top CIP spray heads, security valve and pressure measurement.
5. Conical fermenter is 60 degree bottom, drain at the center of bottom, equipped with sample tap, temperature sensor, beer outlet.
6. Cooling media inlet and outlet.
7. PU insulation 50mm.
8. Chiller and cold liquor tank provide cycling cold liquor for cooling and fermenting, temperature controlled by computer.
